Birth in Norfolk in 1884 — listing births on a particular day?

Hi all, I am trying to work out the origins of someone born in Norfolk (apparently in Burnham area) on 5 November 1884. I don't think he was born under the name he later used (Harry John Ellis) or that his father was necessarily his biological father. But I do have the claimed exact date of birth from a baptism record (he was baptised aged 8 years old).

Is there any way of checking (through civil registration records or something else) who was born on a particular day in Norfolk and/or the registration district)? Or some other way of identifying parentage? It could help narrow the possibilities down to a few people. Thanks.

The GRO index of birth registrations does not show exact birthdates. 

Who are the parents shown on the baptismal record?

Does the baptismal record show him as Harry John Ellis?

If you look at the baptismal entry - 3 baptisms for the same family on the same day.  No mother shown - father John Ellis abode Ulph

Albert John 6.7.1883
Henry John 5.11.1884

The first 2 birthdates can’t be correct as there is less than 8mths between the births (see reply 4 below)

Birth - Leonora Meek Sept qtr 1856 Docking 4b 278 mmn Crane

In 1881 Leah Marsters  24 is shown as married but a pauper

She has 2 children both b Burnham.  Arthur 7 & Ernest 1

Arthur was b Arthur Robert Meek 1873 - illegitimate
Ernest John Marsters mmn Meek was b 1880

In 1881 Ernest John Marsters aged 11 is in the Docking Workhouse

In 1901 Lenora Marsters 44 widow is living alone
