To clear up any confusion I had finally found her in the 1871 census transcribed as Eliza Livepenny (for Tuppenney)
That’s where it came from.

Eliza in 1871 was a housemaid in a Private Asylum in Fairford. She looks to say she's unm.
Looking through the whole of the census Fairfoed seems to be a nice place, lot of good occupations.
