Yes, I have tried different spelling surnames etc, also different areas registered, St Saviours, Camberwell and Southwark, found the birth reg at Saint Saviours.
I will have a look at the deaths

I have not found any deaths that would fit in apart from Eliza and William

Certainly not obvious are they. 

Had either of the parents been married before and included previous children in the total by mistake?

Not unheard of for people to make mistakes with the numbers in 1911.
