Was it Henry Murphy or cousin James Malloy who had been in the U.S. during period 1907-1914 in McDonald, Pa?
On an incoming US passenger manifest, that question refers to the person arriving, so in this case it refers to Henry himself. But I haven't found any earlier arrival than the one in 1923 on the SS Assyria.
Which he refers to when declaring his intention to become a US Citizen in Detroit, Michigan, in September 1925, but gets the year wrong.

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:CL4D-6PMM?lang=enI don't recall ever seeing an immigrant applying for citizenship citing anything but his earliest arrival in the US, but I might be wrong. So when he arrived, maybe he misunderstood the question and thought they were asking about his cousin James Molloy.

There is this James Malloy close to McDonald PA, and working as a miner, but I wouldn't bet the house on this being Henry's cousin. I didn't find anything else for him and nothing at all for a Patrick Malloy, but I didn't spend a lot of time on it.
James Malloy, Baldwin Township, Allegheny County, PA 1920 Census
age 60, head, single, arrived in US 1889, born in Scotland, parents in Ireland, a coal miner
no one else in the household
