I think they can be used interchangeably. Often Hanora/Honora is shortened to ‘Nora’ but I have seen Ann/Annie and Hanora.
The ‘clerk’ seems unusual,though.
Thank you I agree Clerk is unusual but I have seen records where people give different occupations other than their correct one
