The shoulder title might be TF or possibly a Y for Yeomanry above a county title.

Cheers for your Input.

A Friend thought a T meant Territorial

But the Family think he was in Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers 1st Btn then 6th Btn but Friend thought they didn't have Territorials

Discharged 1919 on Silver War Badge as a Cpl

Yet another friend stated the Black Shoulder Triangle Patch was only 2nd Btn that he wasn't in and never a Sgt

What you see is a curved lower title with RInniskilling and above that a single fusilier grenade.

As you are probably aware the crossed flags on his arm means that he was a qualified signaller.

that solves what we thought looked like a T on his Shoulder

Next Question is the Shoulder Black Triangle Patch only 2nd Btn Inniskilling Fusiliers?

Would it stay with him if he Transferred to their 1st Btn ? and later 6th Btn ?

Does the Photo he was a Sgt and Signals ?

Does he look aged 26 ?

Do the Flags above his Sgt Stripes means he was a Recruitment Sgt as someone has suggested to me
or in the Signals?

100% signals.  he is likely to be the Signal Platoon Sgt.

The recruiters badge was more ornate and had a crown above the flags.
