Where did I find this information??

Greetings wonderful humans. I'm still in the beginners board asking questions!!!! Attached is a table I downloaded BUT when I first started this I didn't tell myself where I found info and function.....Can anyone please look at it and see if they recognise the way the info is presented and let me know. This appears to have come from Queensland BDM
