Have a marriage for Annie Mary Williams born 17th May 1899  LLanelli and William Barrett  at
Oct.Dec Qtr  1908  at Llanelli

I am trying to search for Annie Mary Williams parents.

Are you absolutely sure of those dates?  If they are correct then she married at the age of 9  :o
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
Remember - "They'll be found when they want to be found" !!!

What was her fathers name when she married?

The marriage date is correct - 1908

Am so sorry its  1889  her birth.  I dont know  her parents name I  assume her fathers name  is  Williams

You need the marriage cert to find her fathers name.

Have you checked for a birth?  Have you checked the 1891 for her although with a common surname like Williams there could be others

Yes start with the marriage certificate and follow the clues on that.

If she was b May 1899 what about the June qtr birth on freebmd  in the Llanelly RD
