Does Anc*stry Ever Get Paternal/Maternal Reversed

Open the tree and click activity then click viewers. I tend to click the profiles to check if it's a dna match, in most cases a paid researcher will mention their occupation and company on their profile.

Where do I find 'activity' please?

on a more basic level people often assign parent 1 as paternal & parent 2 as maternal without checking

so ancestry is "getting it wrong "thru human error

With your Ancestry tree open in either vertical or horizontal view "Activity" is one of the options on the top right hand side. Clicking here pulls down a list including "Viewers". Clicking on "Viewers" shows a list of those who have looked at your tree in the last seven days.

Thanks.  Haven't ever looked at that as I had always presumed it was just a list of my activity.  You live and learn.
