Downloading Gov.UK will

  I am failing to download the will I ordered yesterday.
  I have an email telling me to "click here for a copy of your receipt". I am then told I have a file to download, so I click "continue". Then I have to put in my email as confirmation. I do that and press continue. Then I get this -

   "Save your file somewhere you can find it. You may need to print it or show it to someone later.

Download this PDF (30.3KB) to your device"

      Having done all that I get a purchase receipt, but no document in my downloads file, which works perfectly well for everything else. I have done this several times now with no success.

Sign in to probatesearch.gov.uk.
Sign in with your email address and password.
Click on "My Orders".
Scroll down to see all your orders.

  Thanks, it is showing as "documents pending".

Hi there,

I ordered one recently and it was one of those that instantly became available to download. About an hour later there was an email that sounds like the one you have with the title "order receipt".

Some time after that a second email came with the title "order item fulfilled". I guess that if I'd not already seen it this email would link to the will.

Hope yours comes soon.
