Regiment initials
« on: Tuesday 25 March 25 16:57 GMT (UK) »
The British Army World War II Medal Cards record:

Joyce Rosalie Surr, Nursing Sister, Regiment Q. A. T. M. N. S/R. (Service Number: P/318125).

Please can you tell me what the initials for her regiment mean. Thank you.

It is possible that the 'T' is actually an 'I'

In which case it could be Queen Alexandra's Imperial Military Nursing Service.
