He married Sarah Wells 21.6.1767 at Ecclessfield Sarah d of William bapt 9.2.1745 married 2nd John Bancroft 4.6.1781 .Child Ann Bancroft 29.7.1781 .Burial 1746-3.8.1817 of Wadsley

You probably have all that and in a lot more detail than me.
Not seeing a Richard father of Thomas the waterman from Broseley.
If we assume that George was a cutler like his son William and go to the Cutler's apprentice records.

Joseph Bradshaw (poss bapt 1737) was one of the witnesses at the wedding so it would suggest George's father was a William Colley.
So perhaps the George Colley bapt at Sheffield St Peter and Paul son of William Colley cutler 16.7.1742.
(William son of George became a knife maker granted freedom 1791 perhaps)
