Death in New Zealand

Hi everyone
I am trying to locate a date (and possibly a place) of death in New Zealand.  And possibly a burial/cremation location.  I can find a year of death via the online New Zealand BMD.  His name was Edward Rohrs and he died in 1992 aged 97 years.
Can anyone assist?  I'd be very grateful of any directions.

You can work out dates on NZ BDM by altering the between dates, until you have narrowed it down.
His date of death is 4th January 1992

Is he the service car driver who lived Taupō and then Napier?

It's early days tracking him, I'm only up when he left Tasmania in 1934!   It was a quantum leap getting to New Zealand as he went via the USA.  He was a hotelier and ex-farmer in Australia.

I can’t tell so far if those other Rohrs are connected. Josephus John has a naturalisation entry. Dutch.
That & admin for Anthony John 1988 is on Archway (NZ Archives)  and includes his death certificate.

I am also unsure of any connection, but if there is, it might be lost in time.  The Rohrs I am tracking were via Jersey in the Channel Islands, but appeared very Anglicized, they were from England and migrated to Australia in 1906 and hence to elsewhere and have left few descendants!
