To look for Scottish BMD info you need to use   www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk

It is a pay per view site via purchase of credits  - not a subscription site.  The index is free to search.  You can look for the parental marriage & download a copy of the marriage cert which will give you their parents names & mothers maiden names

There is a McKenzie/Dickson marriage 1907 Partick

The 1911 census is only available on Scotlands People - you need to purchase credits to view the entry to establish children born between 1907-1911

Searching the births index from 1907 shows 4 births in Partick with mmn Dickson.

It's Partick not Patrick and it is a district in Glasgow.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

Just to avoid any confusion - there is a 1989 death for a Robina Howat/ Robina Syme aged 75 with a mmn Dickson.

I thought it was your Robina & she had married twice but there is a Robina Howat birth 1915 in Dumfries - mmn Dickson
