Its obvious the 1871 census age of Ann wife of John Stocks
is wrong age 33. (Ann E would have aged 14 in 1852 marriage to John Stocks if the Mrs Ann Stock age 33 was right (as CaroleW pointed out)
The way they got Ann Stocks age 33 wrong its possible the person who gave the enumerator the Stocks info got Ann Taylor's age and place of birth wrong also
Travel from London to visit Yorkshire for young working class girl would be expensive and hard or near impossible those days.
Possible as there is no other birth with Walker or Stocks mother to an Ann Taylor birth
TAYLOR, ANN WALKER (Mothers maiden name)
GRO Reference: 1859 M Quarter in HUNSLET Volume 09B Page 200--------
Possible connection to Ann Taylor's trade as a bookbinder.
