Taking this literally for the parents rather than date wise appeals a exact match:

Brigidam Regan - Baptism - Febuary 4th, 1851 - Cootehall, County Roscommon, Ireland
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:6TCW-V9SC

Edit:
OP is looking for marriage, and I did not read the request properly. If this baptism is taken seriously, this is her marriage certificate:

Brigidam Regan - Marriage - Febuary 6th, 1876 - Cootehall, County Roscommon, Ireland

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:6TF1-MV19
- Kiernan from County Meath
- Kelly from County Kildare
- Donnelly from County Tyrone
- McKenna from County Tyrone/Moghanan

The civil registration gives the marriage of William Cox and Bridget Reagan as 6 Feb.1876 with a note in the margin.

Hi again

This looks like the 1931 Death of Bridget (a widow) of Foxhill.  Informant was Michael Cox, her son. See:-
