Another Kenneth Wilkinson was born 11 May 1922 and he appears on the 1939 register with Arthur Wilkinson and Eva Kent (plus a sister Vera born 3 March 1924)

This particular Arthur Wilkinson married Eva Kent in 1920

Your Kenneth Wilkinson Gro Death registration gives a date of birth as 9 March 1922 and therefore brother of Lillie Mona and son of Albert Cuthbert and Elsie nee Richmond.
