Marguerite and William (and son "P")  were living in Simcoe North 1974-William was a Hotel Manager.

Thank you, yes I had although must admit I had overlooked the fact that Elsie became Mrs Karl Mocsary; a clue that is ripe for following up!

There was a few entries on Canada Voters List for a Karl Mocsary 1963 listed with a Mrs Carl Mocsary.
In 1965/1968  he is listed on his own at different addresses.

Karl died 2 February 1977 and the obit for him names a wife Greta.  He was on his way to Florida but died in a hotel room in Ohio. (according to newspapers reports.

Thank you Sandra. I'd seen that Ohio death but couldn't place the Ohio location.

Still chasing emigration from UK to Canada of Elsie + her death would be useful: FindaGrave has the date as Sep 1974 and in Manitoba, Canada under the name of NORTON, which would likely mean she did not marry Karl Mocsary - cannot find a marriage to her by the latter either.

Just seen this thread – Elsie Emily was one of my dad’s older sisters; I have a photo of her and Mickie at daughter Marguerit Joan’s marriage in 1949 to William Thomas Frampton in Romsey. I am in contact with their son who may be able to help re immigration date? I also have a very brief note from Karl to my dad after Elsie’s death.
