Looking for Virginia Birth Record for Margaret Jane Swartz (1914-1997)

Looking for a birth record (civil or religious) for Margaret Jane Swartz, b. June 10, 1914 near the Natural Bridge, Virginia, in Rockbridge County, Virginia. It hasn't shown up in the normal collections because Virginia may have started collecting data later, so it may show in a revised collection at ancestry or something. Also, she may have been Presbyterian (like her Grandma Margaret Ochiltree Swartz) or something similar. Many of her siblings show up in revised civil records at ancestry, so maybe it is a spelling issue. Need help!

Margaret Jean Ochiltree Swartz, d. 1928,  was the Grandmother of Margaret Jane (Swartz) Langley, d. 1997. So, yes, it is her Grandmother. Thank you for looking.
