They had 4 children between 1904 and 1909, the youngest being born in Wales.

I looked in the Wales 1911 census (free on ancestry at the moment) for Emmas of her age born in Cheshire, and up popped Emma Watts, 26, born Hyde, Cheshire.
Boarding in Llandybie, Carmarthenshire, along with Albert Edward Watts, 30, Plasterer, born Wick Sussex.
Says they have been married 1 year 4 months.

Ancestry have linked this Emma to an Emma Bradshaw, though I can't see if it is your Emma. Seems possible?

In 1921 (also free!) Albert E and Emma Watts are still in Llandybie, now with four children.
Birth registrations of the children have mother's maiden name as Bradshaw.
Emma's age is up a bit, 38 years 8 months

Then in 1939 her date of birth is 3 October 1886.
Your Emma was registered in Dec qtr 1885?

Is there a marriage for Albert and Emma? :-\

Can’t see a marriage for them so could be her.  She wasn’t free to marry anyway was she so the fact there is no Watts marriage is hopeful.

Thank you, jonwarrn. Very interesting indeed.
Emma was born 03/10/1885 and baptised 03/02/1886. So yes Q4 1885, and with the 3rd October date matching albeit 1885 not 1886.
And the maiden name...

Too many coincidences!

Milliepede, thank you. I can't find such a marriage either. And as you say, she wasn't free to marry anyway.
