I have been taking a bit of a break from family history but check in every so often.

Familysearch 👋🏻… jc from the old beeb forum.

I created a small forum for some of the old members, it’s still going but it’s a closed private  group so they can have a good natter daily! Dee is still there too but we have sadly lost a few members over the years.

I think many of us recall "The old days", and the old names from here, even though I've only been "on" since about 2009. We also remember the fun "events", in my case, the potty pantos, and the Cat thread - the last is still staggering on, although modern cats don't seem to join it! (Wonder why there isn't a corresponding "All about us Dogs" thread? - Not personal interest as I'm not a dog person at all).
It's good when an old-days person /name pops up again!
