Help deciphering WW1 Pension Record

Good evening,
I'm looking for a bit of help deciphering a WW1 pension card. It was for a relative who received a GSW   (gunshot wound) to his left forearm. Family lore has it that Uncle Thomas had a blue left arm (I wonder why????) but we have no idea what the highlighted text means. Any ideas would be welcome.

Wounded soldiers were often given a blue ribbon to wear on his left sleeve, could this be the meaning of his having a blue arm?

Marked in red: Interim - to the best of my knowledge 20/- per week  (a pound) was the maximum for a soldier so this could be an interim payment which would be reviewed?

Marked in pink: 20/- to be paid for 26 weeks from 10 Nov 1920

Marked in blue: appears to be LWA ? guessing at Lifetime Weekly Allowance

Marked in green: ? no idea, sorry, others may have a better idea
