My dad's biological dad and the dad of this match could be brothers. Me and the match have 507 cM across 16 segments, 7% shared DNA, Longest segment 100 cM. And Ancestry states she's my 1st cousin 1x removed (Dad's 1st cousin) or my half-grandaunt. However based on a centimorgans chart 500CM could be half-Aunt, Half Cousin, Half Cousin 1x removed, 1st Cousin 2x removed. So I guess Half-Aunt is still in the picture. Rather than an illegitimate child of Laurence Edgar Bellringer, but it still could be an option

I will send a message to this match and ask when her dad moved to Wales. Olivia and Roy relocated to Wales but my dad was born in 1966, London. This information could help understand a little bit more.

Still a bit confused, I thought the illegitimate child was from the Daisy not the Laurence or was that just a theory and it’s someone else :-\

Can you say his first name as that may have remained the same?

Hinchliffe - Huddersfield Wiltshire
Burroughs - Arlingham Glos
Pick - Frocester Glos

Have you done a test with My Heritage or considered putting your Ancestry results on there.

Added - would this post be better on the DNA boards
