I made an error earlier. Stanley was born in quarter 4 of 1940 and not quarter 1 as I said. So Annie was not necessarily pregnant when she married. Explains him being age 7 weeks when he died.

Thank you so much everyone you’ve really opened this up for me! I really hope I hear from my ‘match’ this week as they seem to be quite active on Ancestry 🤞🏼 also I’ve had to contact Ancestry as I dont get any emails from them despite having all notifications etc on, the emails on my safe list, nothing in my junk mail etc… so I’ve requested my DNA download but nothing arrives, even a password reset email doesn’t arrive either so once that’s sorted I’ll be uploading to to GEDMatch soon too! I really do appreciate your insights thank you so much! I’ll keep you updated and if you find anything else please let me know!❤️
