At the risk of starting an argument , I really don't think AI is there yet. Look at the faces that AI produces in some "restores", with the result producing different people altogether, appearing nothing like the real thing. In distinguishing facial features, human observation is still way ahead.

I agree with Peter.  Chat GPT, we call it "AI" -it is a large language model with "inherent inaccuracies and biases". Not an expert, but have a son in the industry.

They just don't look like 'normal' people. They remind me of the photo cards that came with ? Dollar chewing gum  in the 1950s!

Add - I don't think that they are the same person for the reasons that others have mentioned. An overlay of the images may confirm
