Death Record of Albert Coutts COMPLETE

trying to locate the death record of my great uncle Albert  Coutts
he was born in Methink Aberdeenshire Scotland on Jan 8 1885  and died Oct 29 1962 , at age 77 Newcastle, Pietermaritzburg !
any help would be appreciated !

Sometimes they lock records and then for some unknown reason make them available.  I must admit it is normally the last place I look.
