Can any body provide information on Eystrom farm, Victoria [Southern Rhodesia] to 1919?

I have just located this farm and store was the location for the death of 64 year old John William Clark. He was not married.

Research so far:
John William Clark b. 1859 Folkestone to John Clark and Mary St. George Rees; matriculated to London Uni Jun 1879; taught in father's school Grove House, Folkstone 1881; he and his brother David Paine Clark (b.1869) may be part of march 5 Jul to 13 Sep 1890 on Mashonaland
British South Africa Company C Company
157   Clark   D.   Trooper   C
436   Clark   J.   Trooper   C

Folklore now looks correct: 1905 John W. Clark won silver medal by the British South Africa Company, in their rifle shooting competition of the Victoria Rifle Club.

Death: 29 Oct 1919 Eystrom, farm Victoria [Zimbabwe]

His brother David Paine Clark died in Pietermaritzburg 1923 where he raised his family, including Olympic medalist athlete Marjorie Theresa Rees Clark.
