What a coincidence with her name though.

I have now found the Frodsham one on later census records. Shucks!!

(Love the name Volunteer Street - there must have been a reason for that.)

Have you found the William Hulse with same DOB  in 1939.

Ancestry links him in 1911 as William Hube, with a George Hulse 28 , John Hulse widower 69. All born Frodsham. Boarders in Frodsham.

Just for elimination.
