Ship passenger lists lookup-request
« on: Saturday 08 February 25 13:50 GMT (UK) »
Hi

Patrick McLoughlin (1872-1945) and Bridget Brogan (1869-1938).  Both were born in County Mayo, Ireland and married on 3 June 1901 in New York City at The Chapel of Our Lady of the Rosary, 7 State Street.  They then emigrated to Glasgow, Scotland shortly after and started a family.

I would really like to see if they appear on any ship passenger lists (inward/outward) travelling from Ireland to New York and from New York back to Ireland/Scotland.  I'm not sure which year they would have travelled but I assume 1901?

When was the first child born in Scotland? That would help to narrow down the time frame

There are many early passenger lists for the name Patrick McLoughlin in that time frame.  Sadly they do not give enough information to positively identify your Patrick.

Second child was called Catherine McLoughlin born Glasgow 1903

It looks like they might have left NYC on the Germanic on June 5, 1901.
