It is shown on the  nls map for 1926, half along Shaftesbury road, at the end of Lincoln road, now all housing.

I notice that the site of the hospital is now occupied by Lincoln House Surgery and the Francis Taylor Foundation building. I must go down there sometime to reminisce.
