I don't believe a place is specified.  I've transcribed the majority as below and while there are small sections which I don't fully understand, I don't think any constitute a place name.

Probatu(m) fuit p(ri)us test(amentu)m cora(m)

m(agist)ro Henrico Barnewell cl(er)ico

Surr' &c xiiijo martij 1616 iuxta

&c iur(amen)to [Relce? - presumably means Relict] et ex(ecut)ric(is) &c [c in?]

You might find Henry Barnewell in the CCED.
