Three youngest children of Routledge Bell ( 1852-1903 ) and Hannah  ( Blackburn ) ( 1856-1914 )

Lived in Prudhoe and Mickley, Northumberland , I have them up to 1901 census but then no trace.

1901 shows all 3 b Hexham but 1911 shows Prudhoe

Mother Hannah & son Robert are together in 1911

Margaret is Maggie in 1911

Isabella not yet found in 1911.

You would have to look for marriages for Margaret & Isabella to find them in 1921.  Details from the 1921 census that require a subscription are not allowed

1911 possible for Hannah and Robert

and an alternate 1911 possible  to the one CaroleW gave you for Margaret/Maggie
(not saying that one is wrong, just trying to find all potential entries )

Have you considered purchasing the digital images of their respective births to give you an exact dob. This could well give good leads in the 1939 register.

war register

Bell A   Hurtle   23 May 1888

May as birth month could be OK.
If this is the right birth
BELL, BELLA
Mother's Maiden Surname: BLACKBURN
GRO Reference: 1891  J Quarter in HEXHAM  Volume 10B  Page 361

Don't like the 1888!

In 1939 John & Bell/Bella are at the same address as 1921.
