So according to this record, my grandad left for D-day on the 02/06/44.
He was then granted Agriculture Leave on the 26/08/45....and it was extended until the 20/10/45.
But then it says he embarked to the Uk on the 19/10/45 and Left the BAOR to either Warrant Officer or War Office Control??
I am confused, as it says the Leave was in august til October...Location NWE (North West Europe)
BUT...If he was back home in England on Ag Leave, then why does it say he embarked FOR the Uk in October?
So Confused!
