....and 91 just say Scotland, that if I have the right 91 as she is living in Northumberland as an aunt. 

I think she is a different Jane HAMILTON who you can trace backwards living in Northumberland.

Jane's daughter Elizabeth did not marry.  They are living together in Penrith in 1881 together with Jane's grandaughter Amelia COWPER (Ann/Nannie/Nanny HAMILTON's daughter).  In 1891 Elizabeth is a boarder in Bradford, Yorkshire and Amelia is still with her right up to the 1921 census back in Penrith.

I would say that Jane died between 1881 and 1891.

In 1881 the HAMILTONs were living in Poplar Place,  death notice from the Cumberland and Westmorland Herald, 17 May 1890..... 'At Poplar Place, Penrith, on the 18th instant, Jane Hamilton aged 79 years.'

Oh brill thanks very much, I always thought the 91 was wrong but never found a death for her.  I do have Elizabeth up to 11 but not searched the 21 yet, will do now.  I will also try find the 91 census for her too.
