I ordered a will on 8th January, is it normal to be waiting 2 weeks for the pdf? Thank you.

It depends on the date, as wills from some periods have been pre-digitised (quick return), others not. I ordered a will (1862) on 9 January and am waiting.

Thanks for your replies. The will is 2009. I'm a bit slow on the uptake, never ordered one by pdf before. I now have a message saying the will is available for download, but I don't see a link to do this.
