You could try settlement examinations or apprenticeship records for Essex for any Rounce's. Tracing the witnesses to the marriage can be useful, they were often relatives but also they were often friends or neighbours or church officials, but friends of ancestors can help, if they both originated somewhere and moved together for work.
From my experience, I have found quite a lot of Suffolk to Essex migration in my tree.
