No it doesn't - it says 3.5. which is 3rd of May Not March 3rd.

I have searched on FindMyPast - Marriage quarter 2, Vol. 11A, page 331, year 1937.

There is a Welsh 1901 entry for a George Henry Harrison born Cardiff 1882 - father Walter Havelock Harrison b 1858 Cardiff. More than a coincidence I think
