William Pollit Blackburn Lancashire

Hi everyone,

I have to ask for help again with this man, he is a complete mystery and is stopping me pursue my maternal line.

William Pollit B 1851 (or 1845) Burnley.

He marries a Susannah Smith in 1881( I beleive she is still married to an English but uses her maiden name) in Blackburn, he shows up on the 1881 census visiting friends and again with Susannah in 1891 in Padiham.(This is correct because her children and their children are there)  He then dissapears off Radar ! Susannah remarries by 1901.

Can anyone help please ?

The children are all dittoed as born Yorkshire

I was thinking that is your William with his mother Susannah. He would be born c 1845.

Do you have him before his marriage?
