Try "registry of deeds"

On family search I went to records, search all collections and put registry of deeds in search box, just comes back with 'no records found'
Does that work for you? What am I doing wrong???

You are using search.

You need to go to catalog, and put in as title and also author, not place.

You are very good Wexflyer. I really am sure I came accross it much easier than I am finding now. It was years ago as I didn't really have a clue how to save reference etc
