Parents of Henry Jenkinson, married Lucy Cloudesley 22 Jan 1626, Cley, Norfolk

Happy New Year to everyone.

Anyone help with this? Henry Jenkinson married Lucy Cloudesley, 22 Jan 1626, Cley-next-the-Sea, Norfolk. Children seem to be Anne 14 July 1628, and Cloudesley 16 Aug 1630. I'm trying to find Henry's parents. There are hints on Ancestry suggesting they are John Jenkinson and Sara Brigge, and his bapt. as 4 Aug 1605 in Wiveton (1 mile from Cley), but I can't find any evidence to confirm this, and don't like adding information without a source. Anyone able to see any sources for this information, or any other parental suggestions?

Not what you asked for but when looking on Ancestry I found this strange about Lucy's death and the birth of her children Anne 1628 and Clowdesley 1630:

I'm guessing the last one is right but does mean that she dead soon after Clowdesley was born ?

I did find I think the tree you original asked about Henry's parents but like you couldn't find any source material.  Sorry.

This doesn’t fully answer your question, but there’s evidence Henry had lands in Glandford and Wiveton, which he left in trust for Clowdesley in 1632. The trust was to be administered by Thomas Clowdisley.

Several documents in the same file mention members of the Clowdesley and Jenkinson families - but one deed in particular dated 1633 mentions a Brigges Jenkinson, Henry Jenkinson and Thomas Clowdesley. There’s also a mention of John Jenkenson of Wiveton (1610).

There’s a will for John Jenchenson of Glandford 1618 in NRO. I’m afraid I couldn’t spot the image in the Family Search collection (there may be a missing volume) but it may provide the source you need.

gc1: I found a Lucy Cloudesley buried in 1639 in Saxlingham, which is only 3 miles from Cley-next-the-Sea, which is where she married Henry Jenkinson and their children were born, so I opted for that. Interesting that there are the alternatives you found, and will certainly look into it.
Illi1133 and jonwarrn: thank you for these very useful leads. The Blakeney Historical document answers a lot of questions. I had sort of reasoned John Jenkinson and Sarah Brigge as Henry's parents, but all this information confirms that, along with a great line back for Sarah's descendants.
