Cause of death

I'm struggling to read the cause of death (column one) and place of burial (column two) from a death certificate. Can anyone help please?

As to the burying ground, where was the death?

First word of the second column starts with A. (See the A of Alexander Russell? )
Second line = Burying Ground.

Thanks for all your suggestions - they are helpful. I did wonder if the word at the end of the first line was other.

The section is taken from a death certificate (1857) from Scotland's People. The place of death was Edinburgh.
