Well, I am off to bed soon, so wish everyone a Peaceful New Year , and hope
that  world conflicts are soon resolved.

That those with health problems are better and the bereaved have some solace .

Thanks for your many kind wishes folks, and to RootsChat in general, it got me through Covid and now other health problems .

Wishing everyone a happy, healthy and peaceful New Year. :-*

We stayed up to see the new year in, watched Jools Holland's cringingly awful programme and toasted 2025 in orange juice.  (Sadly OH's medication does not allow him to drink alcohol.)  I was glad to stumble into a nice warm bed. Thank goodness for electric blankets! I think I'm getting too old to celebrate like we used to.  :'(

The Roots Chat Gremlins have been at work!

Suddenly after Christmas I found I was no longer logged into Rootschat (I just leave myself logged in)
So I signed in and no it wouldn’t accept my password. Signed out and tried again thinking I’d typed it wrong no use. tried again no use. Contacted roots chat to make sure I had the right password. I had, tried again and still wouldn’t let me in. Contacted roots chat again and changed password and thought I’ll leave it till the morning. Forgot all about it until tonight and thought I’ll try again. Lo and behold I’m back in with the new password.

Sorted itself out eventually but a bit frustrating as nothing I could do really .
