Tried a new piece of AI software on your photo but only yourself can see if there is any likeness to the people in the photo, regards, John.

My apologies John, I've only just seen this. I'm always grateful for any help I receive for my requests for assistance.
I have to admit that there are obvious drawbacks to AI 'guestimates', but in this case, despite the facial anomalies, I'll be able to clone stamp the faces from other of the wedding pics with my limited Photoscape app, so it'll work out, (even the lucky horseshoe/Satanic horns cake decoration).Thank you John for your help.

Sorry to see such a precious photo so badly damaged that no amount of restoration would be able to do the photo justice.
I'm sorry to say this, but as a restorer and colourist of over 20 years on here, I now have to find another hobby as AI has robbed me of my favourite pastime
