Registration card DNA
« on: Monday 23 December 24 11:11 GMT (UK) »
I sent the registration card back with an Ancestry DNA sample. I registered it before posting.  Do I need to get a replacement test if I no longer have the code?
Update …
Went to Ancestry support.
Apparently once it’s registered you no longer need the code.

I would suggest that you email Ancestry and ask what you should do.  On my email about DNA it gives the following link to contact if you need further assistance

If you registered the test kit online prior to posting the sample you should be able to see in your account the status.

With processing steps something like:-

registered > received > processing > DNA extracted > DNA analysed > results.

You should see the status if you log into Ancestry
