Are there two William Robinson's ??

The will is on FindMyPast

William is a Victualler, he leaves most everything to his brother Benjamin Robinson.
His sister in law Margaret Yale, mentions her children Robert, Keziah and Alexander.
Elizabeth Robinson widow of his late brother John.

ADDED It was written 13 August 1831

I have only seen a transcription, but the burial says he was 68 so born c1764.

Yes I agree there may be more than 1 William around.

That Will does not seem to name his children.

Margaret Yale is on the 1841 Census with child Kezia and 2 likely grandchildren.

She appears to be nee Leighton, married John Yale 1796.

(1851 2 children are Kezias, illeg.)

Hello again
I think that there may well be  more than one William Robinson  mainly because he did not leave anything to or even mention his children (Mary) in his will not convincing one way or the other, it could be a family fall out. Also there is a slight discrepancy in dates of death between 21st and 27th, though this could easily be an admin mistake. Perhaps I have the wrong William as the father of the Mary that I am following.

There also seems something odd about the names of the sister in law, one would expect that her surname, at some point, would be Robinson. I have not been able to find that, yet.

Still looking

Best wishes

His wife's sister would also be his sister in law so not necessarily born a Robinson.
