Help deciphering a note from a baptismal record

Hello, and thanks in advance for your assistance. Looking for help with one word in the note...I read it as "Baptized conditionally - having received a _____ at baptism and time of birth"

help me fill in the blank!

That usually happened when there was a fear the child might not survive until a church baptism. There may have been some drama at the birth, or the child may have been small etc., but happily, they were proved wrong.
