Hi everyone,
I'm new to MyHeritage and currently setting it up the way I want it to. However, I'm feeling very frustrated while trying to filter Record Matches.
According to the guidelines, I should be able to open Record Matches by clicking the small icon on the person’s profile. Then, in the top-right corner, there’s supposed to be a settings icon to configure preferences. However, in my case, there’s no settings icon in the top-right corner. Instead, I see the accessibility icon, which doesn’t help.
I’ve searched all over the page, but I can’t find any settings menu. I've taken a screenshot of what I’m seeing. I’d really appreciate if someone familiar with the software could guide me or confirm if this is a bug or a limitation of my account.
