Tuesday 18th March 2025, 7.30 - 9.00pm (Doors open from 7pm)
Dorset Family History Society will be hosting a meeting at St George's Church Hall, Darby’s Lane, Oakdale, POOLE, Dorset, BH15 3EU with a talk by STEVE ROBERTS entitled ‘JACK THE RIPPER IN DORSET’.
We welcome Steve who has previously delighted us with talks such as when Dorset made History, Dad’s Army and Mr Selfridge – fact or fiction. This time he will talk about the notorious Jack the Ripper and the possible connections to Dorset. Was he walking amongst our Dorset ancestors?
Please note some of Dorset FHS's Meetings are held by Zoom to enable those further afield to attend.
Also please check members E-news or the website
