That’s a great find, jonwarrn.
So in June, the note says ‘Removed not found’, yet November, there is an entry but no note.

Added
In 1871, Jane is in John Street, in the same area as Chatham Street

Hi heywood
Thank you.
Yes, I find that puzzling too!

There could be another son of John and Jane, baptised in Dublin
10 October 1859
Thomas Michael Wiley.
Jane's maiden name is given
Right down the bottom (also free on findmypast)

So maybe as well
Mary Anne Wyly, 14 April 1856

Thank you jonwarn and heywood for your help it is much appreciated. I will pick through the information given.
I have just come across an entry for a John Wylie in Lancashire Quarter Session records in Preston, April 1870, for the offence of felony. Sentenced to 1 year.
Is it possible that offences committed in Manchester would be tried in Preston? If so could this explain why he goes missing?

There are a couple of records, 1868 and 1870 for John Wylie. He was born 1848/49 and whilst both Salford and Manchester are mentioned, he was an ‘Engine Tenter’ by occupation.

That John is “a young man” charged with robbing his mother Ann living at Meadow Street. (Newspaper account)

I have found a newspaper article from the Newry Herald and Down, Armagh, and Louth journal Jan 17th 1860, application for a spirit license in Rostrevor granted for John Willey.
Rostrevor is where Jane and John were married in 1851.
Is there any way of finding out what the establishment was?

Can anyone decipher the entry for 21st June 1829, possible this is John Wylie's baptism but difficult to read.
