If you did a Google search for Marriage Allegations for Bampton you would have had many results, including the one you were looking for. Few licenses survive as they were handed to whoever performed the marriage ceremony, it is the Allegations that are recorded and found in the archives.

Deborah has a copy of the Diocese of Carlisle Marriage Licence/Bonds published by the Cumbria Family History Society and Cumbria Archive Service as originally transcribed by R Morris Richardson and Edwin Dobbs in 1911-12 and compiled by Clement Singleton in 1994.

The indexes cover the periods:
end of 1668 to beg 1670
end 1697 to 1762.
